Victim's Statement: User hired me for a job and urged he needed it today. i made it for him and he expects me to give it to him without payment, not even upfront. He then hires another dev and posts leaks in his server. Suspect's Statement: *Never responded* My Statement: Suspect failed to follow the agreed deal, as they had talked about payment beforehand.
