The suspect is being charged with "2.2.1: Not completing your side of the original deal". The suspect and author agreed on a $150 USD. The suspect had paid $75 USD upfront. Once the author had completed the deal, the suspect stated that he did not like the build at the last minute and did not want to pay the rest of the required amount. The suspect defense stated that the author wasn't listening/communicating and had told him last minute that he was canceling the agreed deal. The suspect had no further comment after I had given him the opportunity for the author to fix the build. The verdict lies with the author.
