Suspect hired victim to make a gun system, then started adding on more things such as requesting him to make animations and had little knowledge about what he needed for the work which the victim was paid and made the gun system and even made R6 animations at no cost, then the suspect tried to make him make R15 animations for his gun system which the victim refused as an animator would be needed and he charged back on Paypal.
