The scammer hired the victim to work on some clothing/UGC avatar accessories. They initially asked for a different style, then changed it midway through the commission thus wasting the victim's time. Throughout this, the scammer took long periods of time to respond, wasting even more time. Ultimately, they ghosted and blocked the victim without paying them.
