Suspect broke scam rule 2.2.1 - The suspect (Edward) commissioned the victim to model an interior. The suspect ensured the victim that his colleague will pay, however it turns out the colleague was never informed about the project and was told to keep quiet. The suspect (Edward) had no intention of paying for the commission, and he ghosted the victim upon confrontation and completion of the interior.
