Suspect broke scam rule 2.2.1 - The suspect was commissioned for a scripting task, after showcasing a few completed scripts, the victim provided full payment. Once the payment was sent, the suspect - despite agreeing to implement all the scripts into the game - ghosted the victim and never implemented, nor completed, the commission.
