2.2.1 - The suspect offered an exchange service for online credits, the suspect told the victim to send cryptocurrency and when they received they failed to append to the victims balance as agreed. The site is related to a Roblox API service which requires credits, the suspect doesn't own the site but claimed to work with the owned to accept funds and increment balances.
