The suspect broke 2.2.1: not completing your side of the original deal. The suspect said his work would take him 4 or 5 days on March 15th. The victim paid $100 upfront. By April 8th, no work had been sent and the suspect was seemingly ghosting the victim. Though the suspect did send some work to the victim after scam investigation contacted him, it was not the amount of work agreed upon, and the victim still had much of his time wasted regardless.
