The accused hired the victim for a commission. Once this work was completed and delivered, the accused ghosted the victim. In the ticket it was discovered that the accused had to go to the hospital. They stated that they would refund the victim in "a week or two". Once this deadline had passed, they still didn't respond. The victim decided to extend the deadline, but the accused still didn't respond to that either.
