Description

Scammer commissioned the victim to make him 5 bear plushies. After the victim finished the commission, the scammer started ghosting him. Once added to the ticket, the scammer said he didn't like the models and asked the victim to redo them. Once redone, the scammer stalled the payment for two weeks in the ticket and stopped responding. Appealable
