The offender Chrisbase12 was hired for a commission with a 5,000 Robux upfront payment. The proposal of the offender to receive 10-15,000 Robux upfront failed, so that the 5,000 Robux was agreed on, paid out and the commission was supposed to start. Instead, the offender blocks the victim almost instantly after receiving the payment. The offender is guilty of violating scam rule 2.2.1: Not completing their side of the deal.
