The offender "cream" and their colleague "vic" were hired for assisting in the creation of a game for the victim. As multiple problems arise the victim decides to sell the current progress of the map to Developer "vic" in exchange for a payment. However, the offender "cream" also attempts to benefit from this map by reselling the map without permission of the victim (creator). Therefore, the offender is guilty of violating scam rule 2.2.2: Reselling assets without permission.
