1) The suspect failed to complete his tasks provided by the victim, contrary to 2.2.1. 2) The suspect downloaded the game file with the intent of monetization and personal benefit. He refused to delete the file, as he had received a previous moderation infraction. 3) The suspect attempted to sell the victim's game file (including assets he doesn’t own) along with some of the suspects own scripts to the victim.
