The offender Riot hired Developers including the victim for a commission with a value of 250,000 (later 1 million) Robux upon completion. Mid commission, the offender decides to change the project without the other's consent, wasting all of the previous time and effort Developers have rised towards the offender's project. After failing to persuade Developers in continuing working for them, the offender is being confronted and Developers legitimately ask for a compensation, since the products were created in a collaboration space the offender had access to. However, the offender firstly makes up excuses and then ignores the Developers, as well as later the Investigator. Therefore, the offender Riot is guilty of violating scam rule 2.2.1 and 2.2.4: Failing to complete their side of the deal and changing an agreed deal without the other users consent.
