The scammer was hired to make a UGC item and was told to pay R$3500 (50% of the total) upfront, which the victim did. After a while, the scammer sent some progress updates but when the due date was hit the scammer ghosted them and blocked them. After I confronted the scammer in the ticket he said said "I didnotscam him" and ghosted the ticket.
