Hired someone to make a GFX and after they had made it sent them the final product with a watermark, they kept insisting for the victim removing the watermark, which the victim did and then ghosted the ticket for about a month. After being confronted in the ticket he made multiple excuses about not being able to pay. The scammer also admitted to breaking discord ToS by saying he was buying discord nitro off a third party vendor. Ban is unappealable as it's their second offense (one on another alt: 1238209681344827507)
