The scammer refused to pay victim for artwork after it has been made for them. Blocked the developer and used a watermark removal to get the artwork without the watermark. The reason why the developer refused to hand over all of the work to client without payment is because they went ahead and used a watermark remover to get the first artwork free of charge which made the developer suspicious of giving him more. Also made the unpaid artwork without the watermark his PFP.
