2.2.1 - The suspect requested work to be completed, accepted the delivery and then failed to pay. The suspect deleted all of their messages, which they claim to have done to 'protect themselves' - but there was a clear agreement. The suspect could not justify why they did not pay, and other scamlogs show them using the work with a scripter that they also scammed (past offenses).
