2.2.1 - The suspect was asked to create a GFX and provided with a reference, the deal elapsed over three days and on the third day a sketch was shown to the client, the client stated it was not similar to the sketch nor was it what they asked for - and the developer blocked them, wasting their time and cancelling the deal contrary to scam guideline 2.2.1. The victim had NOT paid, there was no monetary loss.
