The accused commissioned a GUI to be made by the victim in the beginning of auguest 2024. They both agreed on a set price, and the victim did the work but never got paid. It is now febuary 2/14/24 as of writing this and the victim hasn't been paid yet. We want the victim to be paid for his work.
