Description

The victim asked the scammer to make some icons for him and the scammer made one icon but didn't finish the second one. scammer tried to pay the victim by telling him he could order another icon at 50% discount because he doesn't do refunds. Then later on while they were chatting in the ticket he stated that he was banned before and said that he used other accounts that were banned which in turn is ban evading.
