The accused requested an icon and a thumbnail to be created for 4,286 Robux, including tax. After completing the thumbnail, the client was pleased with the result, and the icon was then created. Shortly after, the accused requested a few changes to the icon, prompting the victim to ask for specific details regarding the modifications. However, the accused then stopped responding for several days. After following up, the victim warned that if payment was not received, a report would be filed. In response, the accused stated that they would need to "speak to their boss," claiming that the icon was not satisfactory.
