2.2.1 - Not completing their side of the original deal; 2.2.4 - Changing an agreed deal without the other user's consent. Suspect told victim they would receive 150 USD for completing all the effects. Suspect was paying in increments until the full amount was reached. Near the end, the suspect tried to change the deal instead, to avoid paying the remaining 83 USD.
