The vicitim was working on some art for the accused and when the accused saw the art the accused then proceeded to not pay him for it because he said he didnt like it. The art on was of high quality but the accused didnt want to pay for it. The accused then proceeded to leave the sever which in turn gives gim a permenate ban.
