1. 2.2.1. Not completing your side of the original deal. User refused to fix the texture of a model, and refused to cooperate to fix it or help the client. 2.2.2: Selling stolen assets/reselling assets without permission. The asset was also a UGC stolen from someone else, and not created by the suspect.
