Scammer was hired by the victim to do a commission. Both agreed on a price, and the victim paid upfront. When the victim accused scammer for faking his skills, scammer blocked him instead of explaining, escalating the situation. After talking in the ticket, the scammer didn't refund the victim within the timeframe given.
