The scammer was hired to create a historical-style city and was given $250 of the agreed $500, with a two-week deadline. The deadline was extended multiple times due to delivery issues. After several extensions and false promises, a ticket was opened, and the scammer claimed they couldn’t complete the work due to sickness. When asked for video proof of a formal medical diagnosis, they couldn’t provide it. Ultimately, they were given a 46-hour ultimatum to refund or deliver the work, which they failed to meet, resulting in a ban. It also turned out that the building they “created” was actually a plagiarized/stolen free model.
