The victim reported that the accused commissioned them to develop a full game for 50,000 Robux. When the project reached approximately 50% completion and the victim requested payment, the accused despite previously expressing satisfaction with the work refused to pay. The accused stated that payment would only be issued if the final product was used, a condition that was not part of the original agreement. (Upfront was agreed upon, but was not paid)
