Time wasting. | Alleged scammed never paid the victim for the work they fully completed. Claimed they didn’t like it. However, if you don’t like something, you communicate about it and help the victim understand what’s wrong with it so they can fix it, you don’t just not pay them. This ban is appealable when you fully compensate the victim.
