The accused wanted the victim to build something for him, when the victim was done building it the accused said he found someone cheaper to do it. The accused then told the victim that they will decided if they want to buy it from him or not. This wastes the victim time and he didnt recieve any money. The accused must pay the victim the money that they originally agreed on.
