The victim reported that they were hired as a UI designer and agreed to create 2–3 UI frames for a payment of $20 USD. After delivering the completed file, the accused failed to provide payment and began ignoring all further messages. A month later, with no response or compensation, the victim filed this report. Accused left the server before he could get added to the ticket.
