After the task was completed, the accused said they found someone who would do it for cheaper and does not need the victim's help anymore. The accused then told the victim that they would decide if they wanted to buy it from him or not. This wastes the victim's time and he didn't receive any money. The accused must pay the victim the money that they originally agreed on.
