Victim reported that the accused hired them to create a discord server with an agreed payment. The victim spent time creating it, provided updates and proof of work, and has also mentioned he takes payment before sending the work. After everything was done, he asked for payment, but the accused refused to pay before receiving the ownership. Additionally, when asked of proof of funds, the accused provided suspicious proof and context later about it. When added to the ticket, the accused simply said that they will make an alt account.
