The victim was commissioned by the accused and was to the requested work within two days. The accused delayed payment until the weekend, then later requested additional changes for extra pay. However, after this, the accused began ghosting. According to the victim, there were no signs of dissatisfaction. After several days of follow-up attempts, the accused blocked the victim.
