Scammer hired the victim for a map, but the victim also gave a price for each building. Both sides agreed to this deal. After some revisions, the victim sent a finished look of a building, which the scammer approved. The victim then raised the price for additional props BUT gave the scammer an option to go with the ORIGINAL deal and ignore the props. The scammer refused and also didn't compensate the victim for the one building he already finished.
