The accused commissioned the victim, 10 models for $50, with $25 to be paid upfront. After a paypal issue, the victim refunded the payment and requested it be resent. With four models completed, the accused refused to resend the payment, requested previews, then went silent. Later, the accused stated they had hired someone else and no longer wanted the models, leaving the victim unpaid. Even after the victim lowered it to $20 due to the paypal issue (stated in ticket), the accused left the server without paying him to avoid punishment.
