The accused contacted the victim seeking work as a builder. After explaining the task which was a very simple map to build the victim agreed and paid 50% upfront. The accused initially responded that they would “analyze” the task, then went silent for three hours. When the victim followed up, the accused stated it would take two weeks to complete, leading the victim to cancel the order. The accused ignored them for a day before claiming they had already started, despite less than four hours passing since payment. The accused has since refused to refund and is no longer responding.
