The victim was found by the accused through RoDevs and was hired to complete a project, which was fully delivered and approved by the accused. After approving the final product, the accused delayed payment for five days. When the accused finally claimed to have paid by purchasing the victim’s t-shirt, no pending transaction appeared in the victim’s account. The victim requested a screen recording of the accused’s transaction page with a refresh for verification — instead, the accused blocked the victim
