Description

The suspect was commissioned to create a 3D scene and UI. A $50 USD gift card was received as a 50% upfront payment. Although work was initiated, it did not meet the victim’s original request or the agreed-upon terms. Mid-way, the suspect also attempted to change the terms of the deal by requesting additional payment. The suspect then ghosted the victim without explanation and left RoDevs, avoiding further discussion or resolution.
