The victim hired the accused to rework on their game, requested a $200 down payment, promising delivery within one day. The work was completed 11 days later and, while it functioned in the developer's test environment, it was laggy and unoptimized in the victim's game. The victim provided proof of the game not being functional, and when the accused was asked for evidence for their claims, they left the server to avoid punishment.
