The victim, Jonascoder, has done his part of the work, but when it came to the scammer, FilcDevelopment, Filc claimed that he didn't have paypal so he was not able to provide the payment himself. He said that his friend, Snowy, will take the money from him through e-Transfer, then pay to Jonascoder with PayPal. Yet, when it came to actual payment, Filc said that he does not trust Snowy due to his past scam cases. He started telling Snowy (Who was not mentioned in the original deal, being a complete 3rd party) to pay Jonascoder from his own money, so then Filc pays Snowy. I checked Snowy's background but he was empty on RoDevs' and HD's scam logs. At the end, we offered Filc a 50 50 half-half payment: Filc pays Snowy the first half, Snowy pays it to Jonascoder. Then the second half. We gave Filc 5 days to respond but he simply ghosted the ticket. #Notes: Jonascoder made this ticket in RoDevs even though the original post was made in HiddenDevs [] Also Filc has removed Jonascoder from the group it is seen in some evidences before the ticket was created.
