Violation of Scam Rule #1, Failure to Fulfill Exchange. User arranged a commision for a full armor set. Both the User and Victim kept eachother updated, Victim sent multiple updates and the User encouraged the Victim to keep working. After commision was completed, user was dissatisfied with final product even though it matched quality of references. User isn't in RoDevs, so wasn't able to be added to the ticket.
