Description

Scammer was commissioned to create systems for the Victim. He created a fair amount, but later ghosted the Victim before fully completing his job. After being confronted in a scam ticket, the Victim & Scammer came to an agreement where the Scammer would complete compensatory work for the Victim, although after 5 days, the Scammer never replied to the Victim and so no compensation was given, hence the ban.
