The victim, Lomonian, entered into an agreement with the accused, Glowfro, for a total payment of **3,000 Robux, including tax**. The agreed scope of work involved implementing a UI pack purchased by Glowfro into his existing user interfaces by incorporating the buttons, image labels, and overall styling from the purchased UI pack into the existing designs. Throughout the transaction, the victim completed the tasks assigned by the accused. However, whenever the victim requested payment for the completed work, the accused would ignore the payment request and proceed to assign additional tasks instead. The victim continued completing the requested work in good faith, expecting to receive the agreed-upon compensation once the work was finished. After the victim completed the final assigned task and requested payment, the accused removed the victim's editor permissions from his game and stopped responding to messages. The victim subsequently issued multiple warnings and established a deadline of September 30th for the accused to fulfill the payment agreement, informing him that a scam report would be filed if payment was not received by that date. Despite these warnings, the accused continued to ignore the victim's attempts to resolve the matter. The victim also observed that the accused's profile indicated that he was online and actively playing Roblox, further suggesting that the accused was available but was not responding to the outstanding payment requests.
