Description

Victim was commissioned to create a thumbnail for the Scammer (later, an icon was requested on top of the thumbnail) After the Victim completed both the icon and the thumbnail, the Scammer agreed to join a game and buy a 10k robux gamepass for said service. He pretended that his game was malfunctioning, then blocked the Victim. Later, the Victim went into the RoDevs server warning users about the Scammer, which the Scammer replied with "It's just pixels you're getting mad and annoyed at", practically admitting that he didn't plan on paying the Victim. The Scammer left the server so I was unable to confront him.
