This was a project that I was working on.
This was like a framework on top of Roblox which had prebuilt necessities like IO modules, services, state handlers, systems, etc.
The framework was modular and offered features like custom UI, modifiable Services, etc.
Unfortunately as of now this project is retired without being completed.
