We are seeking a highly skilled, Egypt-based Roblox Animator to produce engaging 30- to 40-second story shorts. You will be provided with fully finalized scripts and voiceover tracks; your role is to bring these narratives to life through high-quality animation, dynamic camera work, and effective scene composition.

Key Responsibilities

Animation & Synchronization: Animate 30- to 40-second shorts, ensuring avatar movements, blocking, and actions are perfectly synced with the provided voiceover tracks.
Scene Planning & Staging: Set up and stage environments that logically and visually support the narrative flow of the script.
Avatar Design: Customize, rig, and prepare Roblox avatars that accurately reflect the characters detailed in the scripts.

Requirements

Geographic & Payment Constraint: Must be based in Egypt. Compensation is strictly in EGP (Egyptian Pounds) and will be processed via local payment methods (e.g., InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, or local bank transfer).
Technical Expertise: Proven proficiency in Roblox animation workflows (using Moon Animator, Blender, Roblox Studio, or similar software).
Creative Skillset: A strong foundational understanding of cinematic pacing, camera mechanics, and visual storytelling tailored to short-form content.
Portfolio: A current reel or portfolio clearly demonstrating previous Roblox animation work.
