Jersey Designer - Ultimate Draft Simultator

I am looking for an experienced Roblox Clothing Designer to create high-quality sports clothing for Ultimate Draft Simulator, an upcoming multi-sport Roblox game.

The game is currently being developed around Basketball first, with Football, Soccer, Baseball, and Hockey planned as future sports.

I am looking for someone who can help establish a consistent clothing style for the game and potentially continue working with us long-term.

WHAT I NEED

The initial work will primarily focus on basketball clothing, including:

Basketball jerseys Basketball shorts Matching uniform sets Casual/streetwear sports clothing Special/event clothing Additional sports uniforms later in development

I WILL NOT PROVIDE REFERENCE AND I WANT YOU TO BE THE CREATIVE DIRECTOR

The clothing should look polished and fit the visual quality we're aiming for with the rest of the game. I do not want extremely basic template recolors or rushed designs.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience creating Roblox clothing Strong portfolio with previous work Able to create clean and detailed sportswear Comfortable working from references Able to create original designs rather than simply copying references Good understanding of Roblox clothing templates Good communication Reliable with deadlines and progress updates Able to make revisions when necessary Basketball/sports clothing experience is highly preferred

You should also be comfortable working with an existing development team and maintaining a consistent visual direction across multiple pieces.

LONG-TERM OPPORTUNITY

I would prefer to find one dependable designer who can continue working with UDS rather than hiring a different person for every outfit.

Basketball is only the first sport, so if everything goes well there will potentially be significantly more clothing work as Football, Soccer, Baseball, Hockey, events, cosmetics, and other content are introduced.
