HIRING ROBLOX SCRIPTER

🧬 HIRING — ROBLOX SCRIPTER

I’m looking for an experienced Roblox/Luau scripter to help me develop my first game, MUTATE!

💡 About the game: MUTATE! is a mutation/RNG/progression game where players earn DNA, roll for mutations, collect rare creatures, evolve them, and eventually interact with other players through mechanics like bases and raiding.

This is my first time developing a Roblox game, so I want to be upfront that I don’t know a whole lot about scripting, building, or the development process yet. I have the game concept and ideas for how I want it to work, but I’m looking for someone experienced who can help turn those ideas into an actual playable game. I’m also willing to learn along the way and work together on the project.

🔨 What I need scripted for the initial version: • DNA/currency system
• Mutation/RNG system
• Mutation rarities
• Mutation inventory
• Basic evolution system
• DataStore/save system
• Basic player progression
• Clean, organized, and secure Luau code

The initial goal is to create a playable prototype/MVP, with more systems being added as the game grows.

💰 PAY: $100–$150 upon completion

Payment will depend on the quality and completion of the agreed-upon work. We can discuss the exact scope before starting so everything is clear.

Looking for someone who: • Has solid Roblox Studio/Luau experience
• Has previous work/examples I can see
• Writes clean and organized code
• Communicates well
• Is willing to work with someone who is newer to development
• Can actually finish the project rather than disappearing halfway through 😭

I’m looking to build this into something much bigger over time, so if everything goes well, there will potentially be more work in the future. 🧬🔥
