CatalystStudio CatalystStudio is a game development studio focused on bringing realistic RPG games to Roblox. Existing developers are selected carefully by admission officers, and the environment is highly professional.

CatalystStudio is hiring **full-time programmers **for long-term spots.

You will work on the following:

Gun Combat: targeting, hit-boxes, shooting (realistic gun scripting)
Systems: teleportation, matchup, etc.
Character and progression: Player stats, XP, skill, level-ups
Economy system: Money, and earning methods with quests and such
UI: HUD, menus, PlayerGUI, damage indicator, such.
Movement: Movement systems, programming animations and keybinds

Required:

Strong quality work in scripts
Completion of tasks within 5 days
Consistent work and progress
Ability to write clean and structured code
Ability to use AI as an assistant to make your work efficient
16 ROBLOX account
Clear communication in English, and professionalism

Experience needed:

5 previous projects
2-3 years in experience
3 other studios

Pay: (based purely off work quality and contribution to the game)

Revenue from game (shares will increase if you have high work quality and high contribution)
Bonuses (around robux 500/month depending on activity)
Monthly pay (around robux 750) - based on contributions and tasks done
Upfront payment (around robux 450)
